Someone at a party this past weekend quoted this word meaning, “The person you go to see when you’ve got a bug in your butt”.

I’ve been meaning to see a doctor about chronic nausea, so I found a “Gastroenterologist”, i called the hospital and told them i needed to see a “Gastroentomologist”, they might have caught it… Maybe they think i eat bugs? that’s why i’ve been nauseous?
